Optimal Design of Three-Level AC-DC-AC Frequency Conversion Speed Regulation System for Auxiliary Shaft Hoist
In the view of the problems of poor speed tracking effect and low operation reliability of the speed control system of auxiliary inclined shaft hoist in Dongqu Mine,a three-level AC-DC AC frequency conversion speed control system scheme of high power synchronous motor is designed.The hardware and software design scheme of auxiliary inclined-shaft hoist system with converter cabinet,regulating cabinet,control cabinet and excitation rectifier cabinet as the core is analyzed,and the system simulation and field test are completed.The simulation and test results show that the optimized auxiliary inclined shaft hoist system can meet the design requirements,improve the speed tracking effect and operation reliability of the hoist,and ensure the safety and efficient production of the mine.
