摘要
热等静压设备液压系统是保证设备装出料过程的重要系统之一,同时也是上、下塞装置密封件和易损件日常维护、保养的重要保障,其性能的好坏直接影响设备的安全和运行效率.以某型热等静压设备液压系统为例,依据多套液压系统设计经验,总结了液压系统常见故障,分析了故障发生原因,提出了解决办法,并有针对性地制定了 日常维护、保养措施.
Abstract
The hydraulic system of Hot isostatic pressing equipment is one of the important systems to ensure the loading and unloading process of equipment,and is also an important guarantee for the daily maintenance of the seals and vulnerable parts of the upper and lower plug devices.The performance of the hydraulic system directly affects the safety and operating efficiency of equipment.Taking the hydraulic system of a certain type of Hot isostatic pressing equipment as an example,based on the design experience of several sets of hydraulic system,this paper summarizes the common faults of the hydraulic system,analyzes the causes of the faults,puts forward solutions,and formulates targeted daily maintenance measures.
