摘要

针对目前矿井绞车监控系统存在的实时性差、监测量单一等问题,对矿用绞车远程监控技术进行研究,提出了一种基于无线通信的矿井绞车远程监控系统设计方案,系统集成了绞车钢绳张力、车速、姿态等多个参数的检测功能,通过高速无线网络实现了数据实时传输与远程集控,进而实现了绞车运行状态全方位实时监测与故障预警,有效保障了绞车安全稳定运行.

Abstract

In response to the current problems of poor real-time performance and single monitoring amount in the mine winch monitoring system,a remote monitoring technology for mining winches is studied.A design scheme for a wireless communication based remote monitoring system for mining winches is proposed.The system integrates multiple parameter detection functions such as winch steel rope tension,vehicle speed,and posture,and achieves real-time data transmission and remote centralized control through high-speed wireless networks,realizes comprehensive real-time monitoring and fault warning of the operating status of the winch,effectively ensuring the safe and stable operation of the winch.
