煤矿掘进工作面长距离供电方案设计及应用

摘要
为解决煤矿井下掘进工作面长距离供电存在的负载压降大、掘进设备可靠运行能力差的问题,提出基于供电电压 自动调节装置的长距离供电方案.利用AC/DC、DC/AC及串联补偿原理,根据供电距离动态调节负载末端电压,使其满足掘进设备可靠工作的最低电压要求.最后分析了某煤矿A、B掘进工作面试验数据,验证了所提供电方案的正确性和有效性.应用结果表明:采用长距离供电方案后,能够延长掘进工作面设备供电距离,抬升负载末端电压,保证掘进工作面安全、高效、稳定生产.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of large load voltage drop and poor reliable operation ability of driving equipment in long distance power supply of coal mine underground driving face,a long distance power supply scheme based on automatic power supply voltage regulation device is proposed.AC/DC,DC/AC and series compensation principle are used to dynamically adjust the load terminal voltage according to the power supply distance to make it meet the minimum voltage requirement for reliable operation of driving equipment.Finally,the test data of A and B driving face in a coal mine are analyzed to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed electrical scheme.The application results show that the long distance power supply scheme can extend the power supply distance of the driving face equipment,raise the load end voltage,and ensure the safe,efficient and stable production of the driving face.
