摘要

针对煤矿提升机自动化监测水平低下、监测量单一等问题,结合远程监控及传感器融合检测等技术,提出了 一种以PLC为控制核心、多传感器采集的煤矿提升机智能监控系统设计方案.通过多种传感器对提升机核心部件的压力、温度、振动等重要工况参数进行实时采集,通过通信网络架构及上位机实现设备远程监控及故障预警诊断,有效保障了提升机安全稳定运行.

Abstract

In response to the problems of low automation monitoring level and single monitoring quantity of coal mine hoists,a design scheme for an intelligent monitoring system of coal mine hoists based on PLC as the control core and multi-sensor collection is proposed by combining remote monitoring and sensor fusion detection technologies.Through a variety of sensors,the hoist core components such as pressure,temperature,vibration and other important working parameters are collected in real time.The remote monitoring and fault early warning diagnosis of equipment are realized through the communication network architecture and the host computer.This study can effectively ensure the safe and stable operation of the hoist.
