摘要
采煤机电控系统在煤矿生产中扮演着关键的角色,随着现场总线控制系统(FCS)的引入,采煤机电控系统的研究和应用迎来了新的发展机遇,对FCS在采煤机电控系统中的研究与应用进行了探讨.首先,介绍了分布式控制系统的缺点,然后介绍了 FCS的基本原理和特点,包括其灵活性、可靠性和智能化等优势.接着,重点探讨了 FCS在采煤机电控系统中的具体应用,这些应用包括传感器和执行器的连接、数据通信和控制命令传输、故障诊断和设备管理等方面.通过这些应用的研究和实践,证明了 FCS在提高采煤机电控系统的灵活性和性能方面发挥了重要作用.
Abstract
The electric control system of shearer plays a key role in coal mine production.With the introduction of Fieldbus Control System(FCS),the research and application of the electric control system of shearer has ushered in a new development opportunity.This paper discusses the research and application of FCS in the electric control system of shearer.Firstly,this paper introduces the shortcomings of distributed control system,and then introduces the basic principle and characteristics of FCS,including its advantages of flexibility,reliability and intelligence.Then,the specific application of FCS in the electric control system of shearer is discussed.These applications include sensor and actuator connectivity,data communication and control command transmission,fault diagnosis and device management.Through the research and practice of these applications,FCS has played an important role in improving the flexibility and performance of the electric control system of shearer.
