摘要

随着智能化技术的发展和更高效、更可靠铁路货运装备需求的上升,智能化监测技术成为保障铁路运输安全、降低检修成本、提高周转效率以及实现全寿命周期管理的有效解决方案.综述了近年来国内外铁路货车智能监测技术研究现状,分析了铁路货车对智能监测技术的应用需求,提出了铁路货车智能监测系统设计方案和设计原则,研究了可用于铁路货车的车载监测传感技术、供电和电源管理技术、无线传输技术和数据采集处理技术,为智能监测系统的搭建及关键技术选型提供了理论依据.

Abstract

With the development of intelligent technology and the increasing demand for more efficient and reliable railway freight equipment,intelligent monitoring technology has become an effective solution to ensure the safety of railway transportation,reduce maintenance costs,improve turnover efficiency and life cycle management.This paper summarizes the research status of intelligent monitoring technology for railway wagons in China and abroad in recent years,analyzes the application requirements of intelligent monitoring technology for railway wagons,puts forward the design scheme and design principles of intelligent monitoring system for railway wagons,and studies the on-board monitoring sensing technology,power supply and power management technology,wireless transmission technology and data acquisition and processing technology that can be used for railway wagons.It provides a theoretical basis for the construction of intelligent monitoring system and the selection of key technologies.
