There are many factors affecting welded joints,and have the characteristics of uncertainty,many factors lead to stress concentration of welded joints,and finally lead to fatigue failure of welded joints.Combined with the important factors found in the research process,according to the structural stress and plate thickness setting calculation variables,the structural stress method is used to analyze the stress of welded joints,and the improved first order second moment method is used as the basic method of reliability research,the influence of the change of calculation variables on the fatigue reliability of welded joints is discussed.The results show that the weld toe deflection angle has an important influence on the reliability of the welded joint.
