为了研究环氧树脂在高过载环境下对弹体内关键零部件的保护作用,使用 Ls-dyna有限元软件对同等外径下三种高度的灌封体在三种不同速度下的九种工况进行冲击过载仿真,用以确定应力波在高度范围内的传递衰减特性,选择所受应力最小的高度范围作为放置线路板的最佳高度.在最佳高度范围内加入线路板对整体灌封组进行冲击过载仿真实验,分析线路板周围应力分布及灌封胶对线路板的保护作用;之后通过冲击试验台对灌封组件进行了冲击过载试验,检测结果表明线路板遭受高过载后功能性完好.
Analysis of Protective Effect of Epoxy Resin Under High Overload
In order to study the protective effect of epoxy resin on key components in the bomb body under high overload environment,Ls-dyna finite element software was used to simulate the impact overload of potting-sealing body of three heights under the same outer diameter under nine working conditions at three different speeds,so as to determine the transfer attenuation characteristics of stress waves in the height range.Select the height range with the least stress as the best height to place the board.The circuit board was added within the optimal height range to carry out shock overload simulation experiment on the whole potting group,analyze the stress distribution around the circuit board and the protective effect of potting glue on the circuit board,and then carry out shock overload experiment on the potting assembly through the impact test bench,the test results show that the circuit board is functional intact after being subjected to high overload.
