CFD Study of Continuous Stirred Tank with Diversion Drum Based on Orthogonal Test
In order to study the solid-liquid mixing performance of the continuous stirring tank with diversion drum,by establishing its computational fluid dynamics model, using the orthogonal test method,9 sets of schemes were obtained by selecting the L9(34)orthogonal table, and the optimal combination scheme was finally determined through the comprehensive analysis of the range. The results showed that the main and secondary factors affecting the concentration standard deviation were the position, diameter and height of the guide drum;the primary and secondary factors affecting the mixing time are the diameter, height and position of the guide tube;and the primary and secondary factors affecting the power of the agitator are the position, diameter and height of the guide tube. The optimal combination considered comprehensively is that the position of the guide tube is 15 mm,the height is 50 mm,and the diameter is 90 mm,which is consistent with the simulation results.
