基于参数灵敏度的成本函数分析

在研究系统可靠性分配过程中提出了多种成本函数模型,目前这些成本函数各自的适用范围并不明晰,导致研究人员和工程技术人员在选用成本函数时感到困惑.对五种三参数可靠性-成本模型进行了整理,分别进行了可行度参数灵敏度分析,并讨论了各种成本函数的特性和适用范围.研究结果表明:成本函数y3 的曲线特性更加符合成本函数的构建准则,可作为预估相对成本时使用.研究结果可为将来的科学研究和工程实践提供参考.
Cost Function Analysis Based on Parameter Sensitivity
Various cost function models have been proposed in the process of studying system reliability allocation,but currently,the applicability of these cost functions is not clear,leading to confusion among researchers and engineering technicians when selecting cost functions.Therefore,this article has organized five three parameter reliability cost models,and conducted feasibility parameter sensitivity analysis,respectively.Subsequently,the characteristics and applicability of various cost functions were discussed.The research results indicate that the curve characteristics of the y3 cost function are more in line with the construction criteria of the cost function and can be used for estimating relative costs.The research results can be provided reference for future scientific research and engineering practice.
