Accuracy Analysis of Spatial Thermal Deformation Surface of Antenna Reflector
Taking a parabolic cylindrical antenna as an object, the surface accuracy error and thermal deformation simulation calculation analysis of a parabolic cylindrical antenna in space thermal environment are carried out.First of all,the error sources affecting the accuracy of the antenna profile are analyzed by using the tolerance analysis method, each link of the antenna design, assembly and on-orbit operation is analyzed, and the factors affecting the antenna profile error are found out. Then, according to the accuracy requirements of the antenna, the square sum root method is used to distribute the tolerances of various factors, and the calculation method of the best fitting paraboloid and profile accuracy error RMS is given. The thermal deformation of the antenna under typical working conditions is predicted by finite element analysis software. Finally, the simulation results show the deformation of the antenna running in orbit and the trend of deformation with temperature.According to the simulation results, the accuracy of the antenna profile is calculated and verified to meet the accuracy requirements.
