The new energy electric vehicle decelerator replaces the transmission of the traditional car,which can realize the forward,stop and backward functions of the car.The core component of the new energy electric vehicle reducer is the gear.The performance of gear directly affects the performance of electric vehicle speed reducer.Based on the Romax software,the micro-analysis of the gear of the new energy electric vehicle reducer is carried out,and the tooth direction modification and tooth profile modification of the pinion of the first gear pair are carried out to meet the needs of practical work.
