Research on Performance of Pressure Refueling Control Valve Based on AMESim
The pressure refueling control valve adopts two sets of independent control measures to realize the dual redundancy cutting function of pressure refueling,which is installed at the bottom of the fuel tank.When the refueling control valve is used for pressure refueling,when the oil reaches the corresponding height,the refueling is cut off.In order to study the working performance characteristics of the pressure refueling control valve,the performance of the refueling process is analyzed by changing orifice size according to its actual structure.Firstly,the mathematical model of pressure refueling control valve is established and combined with the physical model for qualitative analysis.The simulation model is established by AMESim,and the influence of different parameters on the cutting time of pressure refueling control valve is analyzed by simulation data.Finally,the reliability of the simulation results is verified by experiments.The simulation results show that the size of the orifice has a great influence on the cutting performance of the pressure refueling control valve.Adjusting the size of the orifice can significantly optimize the cut-off time of the pressure refueling control valve.
