常见筋板样式对球阀活门刚度影响的仿真分析

采用整体分析和单独分析两种方法,分别建立了水电球阀的整体有限元模型和活门的单独有限元模型,对比分析这两种分析法结果的吻合度.采用单独分析方法建立十字靶环形、十字形、川字形、井字形 4种筋板样式活门的有限元模型,研究 4 种常见筋板样式对活门刚度的影响.研究结果表明:十字靶环形筋板增加活门刚度的效果最显著;采用单独分析方法求解高效,分析结论可靠.
Simulation Analysis of Influence of Common Stiffeners on Stiffness of Ball Valves
The integral finite element model of the hydropower ball valve and the separate finite element model of the valve are established respectively by using the integral analysis method and the individual analysis method,and the results of the two methods are compared and analyzed.The finite element models of four kinds of rib plate styles of cross target ring,cross-shaped,川-shaped and 井-shaped are established by individual analysis method,and the effects of four common rib plate styles on valve stiffness are studied.The results show that the cross target annular rib plate has the most significant effect on increasing the valve stiffness,and the individual analysis method is efficient and the analysis conclusion is reliable.
