引射器数值模拟与关键结构参数优化设计

针对发动机高空模拟试验的需求,以数值模拟软件为基础,结合流体的物性参数、进出口总温总压等条件,对两级引射器进行了气动流场分析,通过仿真结果指导引射器关键结构的参数优化,最终实现了气动流场与试验工况的良好匹配.研究结果表明:采用多级引射的方式可以实现引射器增压能力,但一级引射器的混合室等直段内径太大会造成二级引射器发生喘振流动或者倒流现象.
Numerical Simulation and Key Structural Parameter Optimization Design of Ejector
In response to the demand for high-altitude simulation test of engine,aerodynamic flow field analysis is conducted on the two-stage ejector,which is based on numerical simulation software and combined with the physical parameters of the fluid,total temperature and pressure at the inlet and outlet.By guiding the parameter optimization of the key structure of the ejector through simulation results,a good match between the aerodynamic flow field and the experimental condition is ultimately achieved.The results show that the booster capacity of ejector can be achieved by using multi-stage ejector.However,the inner diameter of the straight section of the mixing chamber of the primary ejector is too large,which leads to the surge flow or backflow of the secondary ejector.
