摘要
转矩脉动是衡量电机性能的一个重要指标,通过研究表贴式永磁力矩电动机的定子槽参数分析其参数变动对转矩脉动的影响.利用 ANSYS软件的电磁仿真模块 Maxwell对该电机进行有限元仿真,通过改变定子槽参数研究转矩脉动的变化趋势,找出该设计下的最优槽参数,为永磁电机的电磁设计提供参考.
Abstract
Torque ripple is an important indicator of motor performance.By studying the stator slot parameters of surface mounted permanent magnet torque motors,the influence of parameter changes on torque ripple is analyzed.Using the electromagnetic simulation module Maxwell of ANSYS software,finite element simulation was conducted on the motor.By changing the stator slot parameters to study the trend of torque ripple,the optimal slot parameters under this design were identified,providing reference for the electromagnetic design of permanent magnet motors.
