应用有限元分析软件 Hypermesh、ANSYS和 Star-CCM++,对一款搭载液冷系统的动力电池包进行了综合仿真分析.分析了电池包箱体的模态、静强度、液冷板流阻和流场均匀性.根据仿真结果对电池包的结构进行了优化,包括模组支撑架的拓扑、箱体尺寸和液冷板流道的优化.对优化后的模型进行了静强度和挤压仿真验证,结果表明电池包在安全性和可靠性方面均符合要求,实现了更合理和轻量化的设计.
Finite Element Analysis and Optimization of Battery Pack Structure
A comprehensive simulation analysis was conducted on a power battery pack equipped with a liquid cooling system using finite element analysis software Hypermesh,ANSYS,and Star-CCM++.The modal characteristics,static strength,flow resistance,and flow field uniformity of the battery pack enclosure were analyzed.Based on the simulation results,the structure of the battery pack was optimized,including the topology of the module support frame,the optimization of the enclosure and the liquid cooling plate channels.The optimized model was subjected to static strength and extrusion simulation verification,and the results showed that the battery pack met the requirements in terms of safety and reliability,achieving a more reasonable and lightweight design.
