摘要
通过名义应力法和热点应力法分别对标准焊接接头和实际结构的焊接接头进行疲劳强度分析,研究两种分析方法得到的应力和疲劳寿命差异.分析结果表明:名义应力法计算简便,但在接头受力复杂时得到的寿命结果偏大;热点应力法能反映接头的局部应力情况,计算寿命更接近实际寿命.
Abstract
The fatigue strength of standard welded joint and actual welded joint is analyzed by nominal stress method and hot spot stress method respectively,and the difference of stress and fatigue life obtained by the two methods is studied.The analysis results show that the nominal stress method is simple to calculate,but the life result obtained when the stress of the joint is complex is too large,and the hot spot stress method can reflect the local stress of the joint,and the calculated life is closer to the actual life.
