摘要
对单轴生物质螺旋给料机的主要结构螺旋主轴、叶片螺距、调风装置等进行了优化设计,并使用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对优化前、后的螺旋主轴进行了静力学分析.结构优化后的生物质螺旋给料机具有运行稳定、耐高温、给料均匀等优点,能够满足长期连续使用的要求.
Abstract
This article optimizes the main structure of the single axis biomass spiral feeder,including the spiral spindle,blade pitch,and air conditioning device.The ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software is used to perform a static analysis of the spiral spindle before and after the modification.The optimized structure of the biomass spiral feeder has advantages such as stable operation,high temperature resistance,and uniform feeding,which can meet the requirements of long-term continuous use.
