Design of Automatic Detection Equipment for Radial Clearance of Motors
The radial clearance parameter of a motor is a key indicator to measure the quality of the motor,which has a significant impact on the performance of the motor such as vibration,accuracy,and life.It is also the most concerned data for users.Traditional methods for detecting the radial clearance of a motor have some problems,such as low detection accuracy,long clamping time,complex testing process,and high labor intensity.In response to these problems,a kind of fully automatic radial clearance detection equipment for precision control motor is designed,which is suitable for automatic assembly line detection of motor.This paper elaborates on the analysis of detection methods,overall equipment design,design of functional mechanisms,sensor selection,and equipment workflow.The design of this device aims to improve the efficiency of motor radial clearance detection,reduce manual reading errors,and alleviate manual labor intensity.
