为了解决采煤机拖缆装置频繁出现刮卡电缆、故障率高的问题,在对所存在问题进行分析的基础上,针对性地对拖缆固定板、拖缆移动板、拖缆压板和连接装置进行了结构优化.在MG550/1360-WD 型采煤机上的实际应用表明,拖缆装置结构优化后彻底解决了采煤机运行过程中的刮卡电缆问题,运行故障率降低了88.2%,有效地提升了拖缆装置的应用可靠性.
Optimization Design on Cable Pulling Device of Mining Coal Mining Machine
In order to solve the problems of frequent cable scraping and high failure rate of shearer towing cable device,based on the analysis of the existing problems of towing cable device,the structure of the cable fixing plate,cable moving plate,cable pressing plate and connecting device are optimized.According to the practical application of MG550/1360-WD Shearer,the problem of scraping cable in shearer operation is solved after optimization,and the failure rate of the cable-removing device is reduced by 88.2%,the application reliability of the towing cable device is effectively improved.
