Analysis and Experimental Verification of Influencing Factors of Inner Hole Turning Consistency
In the consistency detection of the outer circle and the inner hole,it is found that the divergence difference of the continuous turning size of the hole is larger than that of the outer circle, and the change trend is often opposite. In addition, the inconsistency between the change direction of the inner hole and the outer circle also increases the great difficulty of realizing thermal compensation for the lathe. The purpose of this paper is to reduce the divergence of the hole machining size and find the consistent trend of the inner hole and the outer circle of the size.To improve the process by changing the angle of the tool and the boring tool, and finally improve the consistency by 40%and the continuous machining accuracy by 30%,and the size change trend is consistent with the outer circle. This study selects the optimal process conditions to ensure the machining accuracy and stability of the CNC lathe, and also provides technical support for the realization of subsequent thermal compensation.
