摘要
Ta-10W合金由于其优异的耐高温、抗腐蚀等性能被广泛应用于航空航天、化工等领域,但其性能特殊,具有导热性差、易加工硬化等特点,切削加工性能较差.针对钽钨合金的性能分析了影响其切削加工性的主要因素,并通过选择合适的切削刀具和工艺参数设置,有效改善了钽钨合金的切削加工性.
Abstract
Ta-10 W alloy is widely used in aerospace,chemical industry and other fields due to its excellent high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.But its performance is special,with poor thermal conductivity,easy processing hardening and other characteristics,cutting and processing performance is poor.This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the machining performance of tantalum tungsten alloy,and effectively improves the machining performance of tantalum tungsten alloy by selecting suitable cutting tools and process parameters.
