Testing Method for Installation Accuracy of Casting Crane Drum Coupling
Casting crane is a special type of crane for lifting molten metal,which requires high safety performance of the lifting mechanism.As an important component connecting the drum and reducer,the installation accuracy of the drum coupling in the lifting mechanism is directly related to the working performance of the entire machine.This article starts with the structure of the drum coupling and summarizes three detection methods for the installation accuracy of the drum coupling,which meets the installation and use requirements of the drum coupling.After years of experimental verification,good results have been achieved.
