轨道列车专用型智能温控继电器设计研究

在轨道列车的设备系统中,常遇到需控制温度的场合,故经常会用到温控继电器.但传统的温控继电器缺点较多,尤其在配置上限温度和下限温度时操作极不方便.为此,研究设计了一款轨道列车专用智能温控继电器,该智能温控继电器由 2.8 寸触摸屏和单片机组成,通过操作触摸屏界面可非常方便地配置温度继电器的上限温度和下限温度.该设计方案结构简单、价格低廉、体积小且通用性强,值得在轨道列车中推广应用.
Design and Research on Special Intelligent Temperature Control Relay for Rail Trains
In the equipment system of railway trains,temperature control relays are often used in situations where temperature control is necessary.However,traditional temperature control relays have many drawbacks,especially in terms of configuring upper and lower temperature operations,which are extremely inconvenient.To this end,a dedicated intelligent temperature control relay for rail trains is studied and designed.The relay consists of a 2.8 inch touch screen and a microcontroller.By operating the touch screen interface,the upper and lower limits of the temperature relay can be easily configured.This design scheme has a simple structure,low price,small size,and strong universality,which is worth promoting and applying in rail trains.
