针对汽车轮毂加工传统企业人工分拣、打磨抛光、检测识别等各工艺环节劳动强度大、生产效率低等弊端,设计了一种基于视觉的工业机器人智能分拣工作站.介绍了智能分拣工作站的总体方案与结构布局,详细分析了工作站数据的快速交换和控制流程,系统融合大数据实现了生产工艺过程的实时调配,借助云端实现系统状态的远程监控.经测试,工作站运行可靠、操作简单,加工和打磨抛光生产工艺满足企业工艺要求,对企业实际生产起到了促进作用.
Design of Industrial Robot Intelligent Sorting Workstation Based on Vision
A visual based industrial robot intelligent sorting workstation is designed to address the drawbacks of manual sorting,polishing,inspection and recognition in traditional automotive wheel hub processing enterprises,such as high labor intensity and low production efficiency.This article introduces the overall scheme and structural layout of intelligent workstations,analyzes in detail the rapid exchange of workstation data and process control,integrates big data to achieve real-time allocation of production process,and uses cloud to achieve remote monitoring of system status.The workstation has been tested to be reliable in operation and easy to operate.The processing and polishing production processes meet the requirements of the enterprise's technology,which plays a promoting role in the actual production of the enterprise.
