基于PLC控制的生产线运料机器人控制系统研究

摘要
PLC作为一种成熟的技术,与工业生产线机器人相结合,在机器人控制系统中得到了广泛的应用.基于PLC技术设计了某生产线运料机器人的控制系统,结合具体的生产场景,对传统控制电路与 PLC控制电路进行了对比,并通过实验模拟实现;最后还对前沿科技的融合进行了讨论.
Abstract
As a mature technology,PLC,combined with industrial production line robot,has been widely used in robot control system.Based on PLC technology,the control system of a production line conveying robot is designed.Combined with the specific production scene,the traditional control circuit and PLC control circuit are compared and realized through experimental simulation.Finally,the integration of cutting-edge science and technology is also discussed.
