矿用输送机运行状态自动巡检机器人的应用研究

为了解决煤矿井下输送机运行过程中人员巡检效率低、可靠性差的问题,开发了一种新的输送机运行状态自动巡检机器人系统.该系统集红外检测、视频成像等多种检测方式于一体,实现了对输送机运行环境的精确检测和分析;开发了自动充电对接机构,实现了巡检机器人的无线巡检和自动充电;通过开发基于数据优先的缓存传输体系,解决了不同数据传输干扰性大、数据易堵塞的问题.通过实际应用,采用新的自动巡检机器人系统后,能够将井下数据巡检效率提升 9 倍,对输送机运行状态的监测准确性达到了 99.4%以上,显著提升了输送机运行状态的安全性.
Research on Application of Automatic Inspection Robot for Running Status of Coal Mine Conveyors
In order to solve the problems of low inspection efficiency and poor reliability of personnel in the operation status of coal mine underground conveyors,a new automatic inspection robot system for conveyor operation status has been developed.This system integrates multiple detection schemes such as infrared detection and video imaging,achieving precise detection and analysis of the conveyor operating environment;by developing an automatic charging and docking mechanism,wireless inspection and automatic charging of inspection robots have been achieved;by developing a cache transmission system based on data priority,the problems of high interference and easy data blockage in different data transmission have been solved.According to the practical application analysis in coal mines,the adoption of a new automatic inspection robot can improve the efficiency of underground data inspection by 9 times,and the monitoring accuracy of conveyor operation status can reach over 99.4%,significantly improving the safety of conveyor operation status.
