为满足目前对二辊冷轧机轧制过程中精度和效率的需求,在某高校轧制炼钢实验室传统生产工艺不变的基础上,针对轧制过程信息化集成度低等问题,设计了一套控制系统.该系统基于西门子 SIMATIC S7-200 SMART PLC进行逻辑处理,采用 Modbus协议与变频器进行通讯,同时依托于压力传感器和位移传感器的实时反馈,实现了轧制厚度和轧制线速度的精准控制以及轧制过程的自动调节,并通过组态王软件实现了实时生产过程数据可视化.系统的使用结果表明:利用该控制系统提高了轧制过程中的效率和精度,提升了生产过程的信息化集成水平.
Automatic Control System Design of Two-Roll Cold Rolling Mill Based on Programmable Logic Controller
In order to meet today's demand for precision and efficiency in the rolling process of the two-roll cold mill,and on the basis of the unchanged traditional production process in the rolling steelmaking laboratory of a university,a set of control system is designed for solving the problems such as the low degree of integration of informationization of the rolling process.The system is based on Siemens SIMATIC S7-200 SMART PLC for logic processing,using Modbus protocol to communicate with the frequency converter,and at the same time,relying on the real-time feedback from pressure sensors and displacement sensors,it realizes the precise control of rolling thickness and rolling line speed as well as the automatic adjustment of the rolling process,and then through the Configuration King View real-time production process data visualization.The system is put into use to prove that the development of the control system has improved the efficiency and precision of the rolling process and enhanced the level of informationization integration.
