Design of Modular Automatic Film Application Production Line Based on Industrial Robots
Automatic film mulching production line is a kind of equipment system for mass production of film mulching products,which is widely used.This article adopts modular equipment for building and designing production lines,enabling the online collaborative operation of modular equipment such as ABB robots,SCARA robots,horizontal moving manipulators,vision systems,PLC control systems,and film applicators to achieve automated film application.Through practical operation,the modular coordination ensures accurate and complete coverage of the film mulching,while solving issues such as missing processing on the assembly line and material stacking on the finished product conveyor,resulting in improved production efficiency and reduced rework.
