摘要
针对工业中普遍使用的物料输送工艺,使用西门子 S7-1200PLC作为控制器,通过最新博途 V18 软件进行 PROFINET 通讯组态,连接通用型 G120 变频器和高精度步进电机,分别完成物料在传送带上的水平传送以及在丝杆滑台上的垂直准确定位输送,结合光电感应传感器和气缸,实现物料的自动化精准输送.同时,使用西门子精简型TP700 HMI,实现高精度物料输送系统的可视化实时操作和监控.经过调试运行,系统安全稳定、性价比高,应用于实际生产现场,可有效提高生产效率.
Abstract
For the commonly used material conveying process in industry,Siemens S7-1200PLC is used as the controller,and PROFINET communication configuration is carried out through the latest Portal V18 software.The general G120 frequency converter and high-precision stepper motor are connected to complete the horizontal transmission of materials on the conveyor belt and the vertical accurate positioning transmission on the screw slide.Combined with photoelectric induction sensors and cylinders,the automatic and precise transportation of materials is achieved.At the same time,the Siemens streamlined TP700 HMI is used to achieve visual real-time operation and monitoring of high-precision material conveying systems.After debugging and operation,the system is safe,stable,and cost-effective.It is applied to actual production sites to effectively improve production efficiency.
