塔式起重机智能化配平控制技术研究

摘要
为了解决塔式起重机采用固定配重所存在的力矩不平衡性突出、控制稳定性差的不足,提出了一种新的塔式起重机智能配平控制技术.以拉压传感器为基础,通过对起重机两端力矩偏差的测定,利用模糊 PID控制的方式实现对配重块位置的灵活调整.实际应用结果表明:新的控制技术能够在 0.29s 内实现快速响应,动态配平力矩差仅 0.038 N·m,比优化前降低了 94.6%,极大地提升了塔式起重机的运行稳定性和可靠性.
Abstract
In order to address the prominent torque imbalance and poor control stability of tower cranes using fixed counterweights,a new intelligent balancing control technology for tower cranes is proposed.Based on tension and pressure sensors,through the measurement of the torque deviation at both ends of the crane,the fuzzy PID control is used to realize the flexible adjustment of the position of the counterweight block.According to practical applications,the new control technology can achieve fast response within 0.29 s,with a dynamic balancing torque difference of only 0.038 N·m,which is 94.6%lower than before optimization,greatly improving the operational stability and reliability of tower cranes.
