摘要
西门子PLC系统主机架可通过扩展机架和分布式 I/O两种方式完成对原 PLC系统的扩展.目前电铲常用的扩展机架的方式在实际生产过程中会出现信号线松动和信号不稳定等情况,导致故障率较高.针对当前情况,提出了分布式 I/O方案来扩展PLC系统的 I/O 模块,减少了控制电缆的数量,完成了程序的标准化、模块化、智能化,降低了故障率.
Abstract
The main frame of Siemens PLC system can be extended through two methods:expanding the frame and distributed I/O system.The commonly used method of expanding the main frame of electric shovels at present may result in a high failure rate because of loose signal wires and unstable signals during actual production.In response to this issue,a distributed I/O system was adopted to expand the I/O modules of the PLC system,which can reduce the failure rate by reducing the number of control cables and completing the standardization,modularization,and intelligence of the program.
