摘要

设计了用于无人机蓄电池充电的多功能存储柜.存储柜的恒温恒湿系统可保证无人机蓄电池和无人机充电器长期处于恒温、干燥状态,避免受外部环境的影响;照明系统即使在光线不足的环境下也能够对蓄电池轻松充电;火光监测系统能够及时避免因电线老化或短路等造成的漏电现象;小型自动灭火器和烟雾报警器可在柜体内出现明火的情况下自启动小型自动灭火器灭火,进一步提高了蓄电池充电器充电的安全性.试验验证表明,多功能存储柜既能避免因充电发生的危险,又能提高充电效率.

Abstract

A multi-function storage cabinet for battery charging of UAV is designed.The constant temperature and humidity system in the multifunctional storage cabinet can ensure that the UAV lithium battery and UAV charger are in a constant temperature and dry state for a long time to avoid being affected by the external environment;the lighting system is designed so that lithium batteries can be easily charged even in low-light environments;the firelight monitoring system can avoid the leakage phenomenon caused by wire aging or short circuit in time;the design of automatic small fire extinguisher and smoke alarm can automatically start the small fire extinguisher in the case of open fire in the cabinet,and further improve the safety of lithium battery charger charging.The experimental results show that the multi-function storage cabinet can not only avoid the dangerous situation due to charging,but also improve the charging efficiency.
