摘要
酒钢二选竖炉煤气管网压力多点采样连锁改造应用于二选的竖炉煤气安全连锁控制系统中,彻底解决了二选竖炉依赖酒钢动力厂五加压煤气管网压力远距离连锁控制的风险问题,实现了多点、多输入自动化连锁控制.该连锁控制采样改造的实施,提高了煤气管网压力控制的安全性和可靠性,更加全面地实现了二选竖炉智能化系统设备状态监测,在故障发现及修复方面起到了关键作用.
Abstract
The pressure multi-point sampling chain transformation of the gas pipe network of the double-selected shaft furnace of JISCO is applied to the safety interlocking control system of the gas system of the double-selected shaft furnace,which completely solves the risk that the double-selected shaft furnace depends on the long-distance chain control of the pressure of the five-pressurized gas pipe network in JISCO Power Plant,and realizes the automatic interlocking control of the multi-point and multi-input.The implementation of the interlocking control sampling reform improves the safety and reliability of the pressure control of the gas pipe network,realizes the condition monitoring of the intelligent system of the dual-selection shaft furnace more comprehensively,and plays a key role in fault discovery and repair.
