矿用架空乘人装置安全保护系统优化设计

摘要
针对架空乘人装置在实际应用中机械结构、电气系统存在的安全问题,对原安全保护系统进行了优化设计.机械结构部分优化了防掉绳结构、防断轴结构;电气系统部分增加了乘人间距保护、远程急停闭锁以及延时声光报警 3 个单元.最后,在东曲煤矿副斜井进行了实际应用,应用结果表明:优化后的矿用架空乘人装置安全保护系统满足实际现场需求,能够提升装置使用的安全性和可靠性,从而保障矿工人身安全.
Abstract
In the view of the safety problems of mechanical structure and electrical system of overhead passenger device in practical application,the original safety protection system is optimized.In the mechanical structure part,the rope proof structure and anti-breaking shaft mechanism are optimized.In the electrical system part,three units of passenger protection,remote emergency stop and lock,and delayed sound and light alarm are added.Finally,it is applied in the auxiliary inclined shaft of Dongqu Coal mine.The application results show that the optimized safety protection system can meet the actual site requirements,improve the safety and reliability of the device,and protect the personal safety of miners.
