摘要
针对露天矿中用户对安全及效率的需要,聚焦露天矿最核心的设备电铲,采用 5G、远程操作、智能化等新技术,提出一种电铲智能解决方案.通过构建远程网络系统、远程操作系统以及其他辅助软件系统,实现了电铲的远程操作、远程操控、安全警示提醒等现场应用.
Abstract
In order to meet the needs of safety and efficiency of users in open-pit mine,this paper focuses on the electric shovel(the core equipment of open-pit mine),adopts new technologies such as 5 G,remote operation and intelligence,and puts forward an intelligent solution of electric shovel.Through the construction of remote network system,remote operating system and other auxiliary software systems,the remote operation,remote control,safety warning and other field applications of electric shovel are realized.
