摘要
纯电动汽车的动力电池主要以磷酸铁锂电池和三元锂电池为主,两种锂电池理想的工作温度在 25℃~45℃,而动力电池热管理系统能够确保动力电池处于最佳工作温度范围.阐述了当前主流的动力电池热管理系统的制热方式和制冷方式,详细介绍了某品牌纯电动汽车动力电池热管理系统的制热制冷方式、结构和控制逻辑.
Abstract
The power batteries of pure electric vehicles are mainly lithium iron phosphate batteries and ternary lithium batteries.The ideal operating temperature for both lithium-ion batteries is 25℃~45℃.The power battery thermal management system ensures that the power battery is in the optimal operating temperature range.In this paper,the heating and cooling mode of the current mainstream power battery thermal management system is discussed,and the heating and cooling mode,structure and control logic of the power battery thermal management system of a brand of pure electric vehicle are introduced in detail.
