摘要

以 RV减速器摆线针轮为研究对象,分析了摆线针轮正等距加负移距修形理论,并针对该修形方法对摆线轮齿隙和回差的影响建立了摆线针轮修形的目标函数,以正等距加负移距修形方式为基础,提出基于遗传算法的摆线轮的多目标参数优化修形的方法,并通过实验验证其优化方法的有效性,为摆线轮的齿形优化设计的研究提供了理论基础.

Abstract

Taking the RV reducer cycloidal pinwheel as the research object,this paper analyzes the theory of cycloidal pinwheel modification with positive equidistant distance+negative offset distance,and establishes an objective function for cycloidal pinwheel modification based on the influence of this modification method on the backlash and backlash of the cycloidal gear.Based on the positive equidistant distance+negative offset distance modification method,a multi-objective parameter optimization modification method for cycloidal gears based on genetic algorithm is proposed,and the effectiveness of the optimization method is verified through experiments,this provides a theoretical basis for the study of optimizing the tooth profile design of cycloidal gears.
