超高强度钢超声振动光整加工性能试验研究

超声振动光整加工可有效提高工件强度、耐疲劳性以及耐腐蚀性,进而延长被加工零件使用寿命.针对飞机典型难加工材料 30CrMnSiNi2A超高强度钢试样实施超声振动光整加工,通过对试样开展表面残余应力、显微硬度、拉伸试验、疲劳试验等试验分析,验证了经超声振动光整加工后试件的表层残余应力状态有较明显的改善、组织更细密、疲劳性能提升,进而为满足新一代飞机对机体结构提出的长寿命的设计指标提供了新的制备工艺方案.
Experimental Research on Ultrasonic Vibration Finishing Performance of Ultra-High Strength Steel
Ultrasonic vibration finishing can effectively improve the strength,fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance of the workpiece,thereby prolonging the service life of the machined parts.Ultrasonic vibration finishing is carried out on the 30CrMnSiNi2 A Ultra-High Strength Steel samples of typical difficult-to-machine materials for aircrafts.Through the tests of surface residual stress,micro-hardness,tensile test,and fatigue test,it is verified that the surface residual stress state of the sample under ultrasonic vibration finishing process is significantly improved,the structure is finer,and the fatigue performance is effectively improved.And provide a new preparation process plan to meet the long-life design indicators proposed by airframe structure of the new generation aircraft.
