Research on Increasing Load Method and Strength Check of Chassis Bolts of Rubber Rail Trains
In this paper,bolt load extraction methods are proposed for multiple bolted connection structures and single bolted connection structures in rubber rail trains.Based on the practical application of multi-body ADAMS static decomposition method,the chassis load of rubber rail train is decomposed and used as the input of bolt load extraction,and then the load extraction result is brought into the VDI2230 standard to carry out bolt strength verification.Through the analysis and verification of the local bolts of the chassis of the rubber rail train,it is obtained that the bolt strength meets the requirements,and the bolts have no problems in the verification stage of the actual train engineering,indicating that the bolt load extraction method proposed in this paper has practical guiding significance for the design and verification of bolts in the chassis structure of the vehicle.
