从液体静压转台的支撑原理出发,对液体静压轴承的承载能力、刚度、功率损耗、温升等性能进行了推导计算;并结合实践生产对象,分别对油腔结构参数、油膜设计间隙以及供油流量值进行单因素定量分析,得到了轴承主要性能随参数变化的规律,从而为液体静压轴承参数设计提供了参考.
Influence of Structural Parameters of Hydrostatic Bearing on Its Performance
Starting from the support principle of the liquid static pressure turntable,the load-bearing capacity,stiffness,power loss,temperature rise and other performance of hydrostatic bearing are derived and calculated.Combined with practical production objects,single factor quantitative analysis was conducted from the aspects of oil chamber structural parameters,oil film clearance,and oil supply flow rate,to obtain the law of the main performance of bearings changing with parameters,providing reference for the design of structural parameters of hydrostatic bearings.
