Design and Optimization of Column Structure for 45 Meter Ultra-High Stacker
The column structure is the core component of the ultra-high stacker.In order to improve the performance indicators such as rigidity,strength and other properties of the ultra-high stacker column,the finite element method and full size model are used to verify the rigidity and strength of the ultra-high stacker column structure.Section optimization design and simulation verification were carried out for the column structural rigidity slightly lower than the evaluation target.The simulation results show that using the finite element method to optimize the cross-section structure design and connection methods can effectively improve the rigidity and strength of the column structure of the ultra-high stacker,and at the same time,the overall structure reduces the weight of the whole machine by 240 kg,saving product costs.
