Analysis of Influence of Multiple Parameters on Nozzle Outlet Velocity Based on Fluent
Spray dust suppression is an indispensable part of the current underground dust removal method,and the nozzle is the most critical part of spray dust suppression,its performance directly affects the final dust suppression effect.Understand the influence of nozzle internal parameters on the maximum outlet velocity of nozzle,and provide reference for future spray dust suppression technology.Select the common conical convergent nozzle as the research object,use Fluent software to analyze the internal flow field of nozzle,and let the nozzle model conduct simulation under different pressures by controlling variables.The results show that as the inlet pressure increases,the maximum outlet velocity also increases;the nozzle with a small aspect ratio corresponds to a larger maximum outlet velocity;the outlet diameter has a greater impact on the maximum outlet velocity of the nozzle compared to the length of the outlet section;when the contraction angle reaches a certain degree,the maximum outlet velocity tends to stabilize.
