Simulation Analysis and Optimization of Injection Molding Process of Automotive Door Inner Lock Catch
Taking the inner lock catch of a certain car door as the research object,based on the characteristics and injection molding parameters of commonly used material ABS+PC,the model of the injection molding machine was selected,the parting surface was determined,the shape of the nozzle and ingate sleeve of the main channel was designed,and the gate position was determined according to the structure of the lock,and the injection molding simulation was carried out with SolidWorks.The simulation results were analyzed,the process parameters,such as melt temperature,mold temperature and pressure holding time,were optimized,and finally the forming process meeting the requirements was obtained.
