抬包车主车架结构设计及其有限元分析

针对国内电解铝行业抬包车仍然采用化石能源、整车重心高度较高、承载力较低的现状,开发设计了一款电动铝水抬包车.电动铝水抬包车以电力为动力来源,低碳环保,通过自主设计主车架降低了运输平台的高度,增加了整车稳定性.利用 ANSYS Workbench对主车架的强度进行分析,根据分析结果完善主车架的设计,并完成了抬包车整车样车试制,为国内铝水抬包车的设计提供了参考.
Structural Design of Main Frame and Its Finite Element Analysis of Bale-Carrying Vehicle
Aiming at the current situation that the bale-carrying vehicle in domestic electrolytic aluminum industry still adopts fossil energy,with high center of gravity and low carrying capacity,an electric aluminum bale-carrying vehicle has been designed.The vehicle uses electricity as the power source,which is low-carbon and environmentally friendly.Through the independent design of the main frame,the height of the transportation platform is reduced and the stability of the whole vehicle is increased.Combined with ANSYS Workbench software finite element analysis,the strength of the main frame is analysed and the design of the main frame is improved according to the analysis results,and the prototype of the whole vehicle is completed,which is a reference for the design of the domestic aluminum bale-carrying vehicle.
