Static Analysis of Braking Device for Marine Winches
The structural analysis and working principle introduction of the braking device of a marine winch were carried out.The three-dimensional design of the braking device was carried out based on SolidWorks,and then imported into ANSYS Workbench for static analysis of the braking device.The analysis results were compared with traditional analysis methods,and the results were similar.It can reduce the manufacturing cost of winches,shorten product production cycles,respond quickly to the market,and improve product market competitiveness.
