摘要

为了分析砂浆车箱体产生的大变形以及对砂浆车箱体进行结构优化,利用 ANSYS Workbench对砂浆车箱体进行仿真分析,得出对砂浆车箱体进行拉筋加强可有效降低大变形,优化后的砂浆车箱体最大变形降低了 88%.

Abstract

In order to analyze the large deformation of the mortar truck box and optimize the structure of the mortar truck box,ANSYS Workbench was used to simulate and analyze the mortar truck box,and it was concluded that the lacing reinforcement of the mortar truck box can effectively reduce the large deformation,and the maximum deformation of the optimized mortar truck box is reduced by 88%.
