In view of the problems of single function,high energy consumption,low pick-and-place efficiency and the need for manual search in the process of using the lifting device,an improved lifting device suitable for mechanical equipment is designed.Based on the design requirements of lightweight,automation and safety,the overall mechanical structure of the lifting device is determined,and the lifting mechanism,placement mechanism and working principle in the device are introduced in detail.The device has stable lifting and precise control,which can reduce labor costs,reduce potential safety hazards,realize automatic pick-and-place,and help improve the work efficiency of lifting operations.
